OU-COM Human Resources is an office within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services. We are dedicated to serving over 200 employees of the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens and throughout the state of Ohio at our Centers for Osteopathic Research and Education (CORE).

 
 
We provide quality human resource services in a variety of areas that include, but are not limited to, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, orientations, employee counseling, recognition programs and records maintenance. Additionally, the office sponsors quarterly professional development activities available to employees at OU-COM and through distance learning.
