Welcome to the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine Clinical Training and Assessment Center (CTAC).  CTAC plays a key role in the OU-COM mission "to educate competent, well-rounded osteopathic physicians by providing a clinically integrated, learning-centered, osteopathic medical education continuum for students..."

Specifically, CTAC provides a training  and assessment area, enabling first and second year students and residents to enhance their skills in a safe and supportive environment. In association with the standardized patient program, the students learn and practice history taking and physical exam skills in 14 examination rooms outfitted with medical equipment found in a doctor's office or clinic.

CTAC features a new control room enabling all student lab activities to be supervised by medical faculty and to be digitally recorded for future review.

The Clinical Training and Assessment Center is located on the West Green of Ohio University, in Irvine Hall, Room 225.
