The Office of Pre-Doctoral Education is located on the Ohio University
Athens campus and throughout the Centers for Osteopathic Research and
Education (CORE). Its primary focus
is ensuring that OU-HCOM students participate in a quality medical
education continuum.
OU-HCOM curricula are based on adult learning principles and approach
medical education as an organized building process.
OU-HCOM’s pre-doctoral education program is structured to prepare its
graduates to be excellent candidates for
Graduate Medical Education.
