When you sign your Master Promissory Note for the Stafford loans it opens a line of loan credit to use over your years of medical school, the lenders do not provide a space to specify a yearly amount.  If you want the maximum amount, you don't need to do anything.  If you would prefer to borrow less than the annual maximum amount, fill out this form and we will certify your loans in the amount that you request.

Note: because the Subsidized Stafford Loan is better than the Unsubsidized, we will always award you with the Subsidized Loan first and then fill in the rest of your request with Unsubsidized Stafford loan funds.
