preferences, but please be aware that, especially
with larger groups, it may not be possible to seat
all guests together.
Guests may not “save” seats.
Wheelchair seating is available; guests with special
needs should see the ushers for assistance.
Baby strollers cannot be taken into the auditorium.
No food or beverage is permitted in the auditorium.
For the safety of our guests and graduates, no one
other than the commencement participants and working
staff is permitted to be on the stage at any time.
Friends and family members can take photos of
graduates immediately following the ceremony in the
East Lobby of the auditorium.
There will be a “drop-off” area on University
Terrace where drivers can stop long enough to
discharge passengers.
Guests who have handicapped parking permits or
plates will be accommodated on University Terrace
and in the Visitors Lot adjacent to Konneker Alumni
Center.
