quality of life. Treatment of trigger points
with acupuncture needles provides a safe and
effective method for deactivation. This

demonstrations and practice in trigger point

A sizeable gap exists between the awareness
of current guidelines for the diagnosis and
treatment of COPD and their usage in guiding
clinical decisions. This educational program
will guide primary care providers to
effectively screen, diagnose and manage
patients with COPD, with the goal of slowing
the progressive loss of lung function and
improving the patient’s overall quality of
life. |
