Assistant/Associate Professor, Internal Medicine
The Specialty Medicine Department at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine (OU COM) is seeking a physician for full-time, non-tenure track, clinical faculty position.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Residency-trained Internist (D.O. or M.D.) committed to patient care, Ohio and DEA licensures, and Internal Medicine Board certification or eligibility.

Desirable: Experience in the practice and teaching of internal medicine. We seek candidates with a commitment in working effectively with students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide contracted clinical services as a member of the Internal
   Medicine Section at Doctors Hospital of Nelsonville, O’Bleness
   Memorial Hospital and any newly developed facilities
• Teach coursework assigned by the Chair of the Department of
   Specialty Medicine
• Teach and participate in the training of medical students,
   residents, and fellows as assigned by the medical school
• Participate in academic and administrative function as
   assigned by the Department Chair
• Participate in administrative assignments, such as committees,
   curriculum development, and strategic planning
