Is your contact information up to date?
The college soon will be producing the Fall 2012 telephone list, and faculty and staff are asked to ensure all office locations and telephone numbers are correct. Information for the telephone list is generated from the university's Oracle Identification Management System, where each individual employee is responsible for updating their personal information.
If your office or telephone number has changed, log into Oracle and update the information using the following steps:
- Go to the "My Personal Information" page on the university website
- Log on using your OAK ID and password
- Update your office telephone numbers under "Personal Information"
- Update your office location under "Other Misc. Information"
Go to the "My Personal Information" page on the university website
CORE employees should list their building location as "Grosvenor Hall" with no room number. The Oracle system will recognize you as a CORE employee. However, changes to the CORE insert should be sent to Lynn Andrews, administrative associate, with your current hospital/office location, title, telephone number and fax number.
Changes for the Departments/Offices on the back page should be sent to Becky Vinson, administrative associate. Changes to the University Medical Associates insert should be sent to Rich Schmaltz. All changes must be completed by Wednesday, Aug. 29.
