OU Catering Policy
(approved October 19, 2007)
All Student Organizations are now subject to new rules when ordering food for events held on campus. To insure compliance:
Important points:
- Impacts all on - campus organizations where food is provided at an on -campus event.
- This policy applies to all food costs exceeding $250.00. Read policy for details/exceptions.
- You get an automatic exception from the policy if your food costs are less than $250.00 BUT you still need to file the food permit if you are using an off campus food vendor. See below.
2. All food served at events must be registered.

3. If Baker Center (593-4035) cannot meet your food needs you must complete a catering exemption request.
