Ohio University Therapy
Associates has been providing physical therapy services and
clinical education in local clinics in the Southeastern Ohio
area since 1984. Initially founded as a faculty-based
practice, Therapy Associates clinicians now work in a
variety of settings through contracts with local facilities,
including skilled nursing centers, acute hospitals, Ohio
University's Student Health Center, and MRDD group homes.

Objectives/Activities:
By participating in this
CCE assignment, medical students will be able to:

therapy, and describe the effects physical therapy has had

Equipment Needed for
Activity: stethoscope
Dress:
White lab jacket and identification badge.
Please wear professional casual clothes, no blue jeans or
tennis shoes.
Responsibilities of
the medical student:
-
While on agency property, medical students
will conform to all applicable policies and procedures of
the agency.

Medical students will exercise
confidentiality with regard to all patient and/staff
information gained during the clinical experience.
Directions:
Peden Stadium is where the
football games are played at OU, across Richland Ave. from
the Convocation Center.
