Focused visit for class size increase conducted in
March 2009. In December, 2007, the accrediting body
approved OU-HCOM's request for an increase of the
allowed class size from 100 to 140 students. Class
size increases are being phased in carefully. In
August 2008,
the 117 first-year students in the Class of 2012
came to study at OU-HCOM. On March 12-13, 2009,
an accreditation team visited OU-HCOM and talked to
administrators, students, and faculty to verify that
appropriate resources, facilities, and faculty are
in place to support the class size increase. |
