The program features a team of clinicians and educators who have years of experience and expertise in diabetes management. The ARHI Diabetes Center Education Program has been Recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education*.

Patients need a referral from their primary care provider for participation in the DSMT and MNT fee-for-service programs. Contact your physician for a referral.

These services are provided by a registered dietitian. MNT can increase consumer's health and well-being, and increase productivity and satisfaction levels through decreased doctor visits, hospitalizations and reduced prescription drug use.
