Johnson, D.O.
Since 2008, Raines has been the chief financial officer of the
Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Beckley, W.Va.

Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt in Parkersburg, W.Va., and
served as the director of communications for a congressional
campaign in 2002. He was a Herndon Fellow for the West Virginia
