1. Print a copy of
PIF form – click here to
download the PIF form (PDF).
2. Fill out the form as it pertains to your
individual project.
3. If you need assistance with generating draft
copy, please contact Anita Martin at 593-2199.
4. Contact Shelby Mullins at 593-2202 for all
final copyediting. Copy will be returned to the
client for final approval before it is formatted
into your project.
5. Send the form with hard copy and all images or
illustrations (if available) to Communication
Design Services, 126 Irvine Hall, attention Marie
Graham.
6. In addition, send copy as a Word document,
attached to an e-mail to
mgraham2@ohiou.edu, or paste copy directly into
an e-mail to avoid attachment problems.
