OU-COM Graduating
Students, Faculty and Staff:
Do you have photos
you would like to see in the 2009 memory book for
graduates?
We are accepting your submissions for consideration
until February 2, 2009, but will begin making selections
as photos come in, so the earlier you submit, the
better!
The memory book will feature the students in the
graduating class of 2009 only, Faculty, Staff and
CORE Employees. Examples of appropriate photos
include photos of the students who graduate in June
of 2009, but can be any picture that has been taken
during their four years as a medical student at OU-COM.
They can include candids of OU-COM students at each
CORE site; group pictures of OU-COM students from
CORE staff members (no affiliate students from other
states) at each CORE site; candids in a lab or
clinical activity (no patients, without a signed
release); international medicine; spring break;
wedding photos; holiday parties; special club,
organization or sporting events; Medicine Run; D.O.
Day on the Hill; D.O. Day at the Statehouse; and
Career Medical Specialties Week, to name a few.
Candid photos of students, faculty and staff or any
student event or get-together -- anything that you
would like to share from your time as a student at
OU-COM if you’re graduating with the class of 2009
-- will be considered. |

That’s all there is
to it. This user-friendly system will make your
photos available to me, Sheila Bycofski, so that I
can determine if the photos will be used, based on
content and quality.
Please submit good quality .jpg or .tif photos only.
High resolution files scanned at 300 dpi or 2 MB or
more work best. If saved as a thumbnail, I cannot
use your photos. If your photos need to be edited
because of bad lighting, etc., please send them to
me as an e-mail attachment at
Bycofski@ohio.edu.
I cannot edit and improve the quality of photos
submitted through the web. |
