Community Health Programs (CHP) provides
free or low cost services to residents of
Southeastern Ohio. We are committed to our
community and work to bring quality
healthcare to those who have the greatest
need. Each of our many programs is
coordinated by our highly qualified and
dedicated staff. We are continually
developing new programs to better meet the
needs in Appalachia. We encourage you to

Free Clinic
The Free Clinic is located weekly on the
mobile van in
Stewart, Ohio, but also has a location
on the 2nd floor of
Parks Hall in Athens, where the
Diabetes Clinic also meets quarterly. Please
