The Childhood Immunization Program (CHIP) exists to aid the people in Southeastern Ohio by providing them with immunizations to protect them against diseases that can be prevented with a vaccine. This program allows residents of the 21 counties we serve to obtain free or low cost immunizations for their children or themselves, regardless of income or insurance status. Patients and parents should remember to please bring the child’s immunization record when they come for our services. We also provide assistance with kindergarten registration, and adults have access to county-wide flu clinics, regional hepatitis B immunization clinics, parent education and referral services. The counties CHIP serves are Jefferson, Harrison, Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, Monroe, Belmont, Noble, Perry, Morgan, Washington, Hocking, Athens, Meigs, Vinton, Gallia, Jackson, Ross, Pike, Scioto and Lawrence.
