The Heritage Community Clinic offers primary care and specialty health care to qualifying adults in Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Morgan, Perry and Washington counties.

We currently offer free clinics in the following specialties:

Primary Care
Diabetes
Dermatology

We have often provided referrals to other health care providers including cardiologists, surgeons, orthopedic specialists, podiatrists, eye care specialists, and others. We also help with prescriptions.

The Heritage Community Clinic has two mobile health clinics that regularly visit multiple counties in southeastern Ohio. These mobile clinics contain fully equipped exam rooms in which our nurses and physicians provide care. Click here to learn more about the mobile health clinic.
