Coordinator – Perinatal Services/Baby Steps

| |
Mary graduated from Hocking College and has
been an R.N. since 1984. She has been a
specialty certified obstetric nurse since
1994 and was Central Ohio March of Dimes
Nurse of the Year in 1991. Mary is the nurse
coordinator for Child and Family Health
Services (CFHS) Perinatal Program and the
Ohio Buckles Buckeyes Car Seat Program.
These programs exist to improve birth
outcomes in Athens County and to promote
child passenger safety, respectively. Mary
has worked at CHP for 10 years and says,
“Helping people, working with our patients
and being part of the battle against
prematurity” are what she likes best about
her job. |
