This program
provides education, support services and
nurse case management for at-risk and
underinsured or uninsured pregnant women in
the Athens County Area. Clients can call to
make an appointment or obtain a referral
from their health care provider. All clients
are educated about pregnancy, delivery,
post-partum issues, and baby care.
Assistance in applying for the Ohio Medicaid
Insurance Program is also provided. Clients
are made aware of the Child and Family
Health Services Well-Child Program and
receive information about other community
agencies such as WIC and Help Me Grow. |
