Community Health Programs (CHP) provides
free or low cost services to residents of
Southeastern Ohio. We are committed to our
community and work to bring quality
healthcare to those who have the greatest
need. Each of our many programs is
coordinated by our highly qualified and
dedicated staff. We are continually
developing new programs to better meet the
needs in Appalachia. We encourage you to
contact us with ways that we can better
serve you.
Please take the time to look around our
site! The information is always being
updated to bring you the best possible care.
Please read about each of our services to
see which ones you qualify for. Each of our
services is funded differently to reach
different segments of the Appalachian
population. (Click
