| On September 14, 2002 the OU-COM
community welcomed its new class of 109 students with the annual Convocation and White Coat ceremony. During the White Coat ceremony, first year students select a family member (s), a spouse or a close friend to "coat" them. The donning of the white coat signifies the beginning of one's challenging and exciting journey to become a physician. |
