Research opportunities are available for undergraduate, graduate, and medical students in my laboratory. Undergraduate students in the Department of Biological Sciences may sign up, with my approval, for credit under Undergraduate Research (BIOS 492). Undergraduate students who are part of the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program may work in my laboratory for several weeks during the summer. Medical students at OU-HCOM who have completed their first year have an opportunity to apply for a Summer Medical Student Research Fellowship that would enable them to work in my laboratory and receive a stipend during the summer between the first and second years of medical school. Graduate students in Biological Sciences are also welcomed to work in my laboratory.
