Research Interest: Research from my laboratory
focuses on the plasticity of skeletal muscle with
particular interest in myosin and muscle fiber
types. Techniques utilized include: histochemistry,
immunohistochemistry, light and electron microscopy,
electrophoresis, single fiber dissection, RT-PCR. |
