The EBM subcommittee of the OU-HCOM Curriculum
Advisory Committee (CAC) was created in the summer of 2004 by CAC
Chairman Richard Klabunde, Ph.D. The members for 2005-06 are:
Douglas Mann, Ph.D. (Chair), Steven
Clay, D.O., Bobbi Conliffe, M.S.L.S., Chris Simpson, D.O., Keith
Watson, D.O., and Leon Wince, Ph.D.
Audrone Biknevicius, Ph.D. chaired the
subcommittee in 2004-05.
The charge of the subcommittee from Dr.
Klabunde and Dean Brose is to:

Assess the current level of emphasis on
research and EBM in both basic science and clinical components of
the curricula.

Propose methods by which research and EBM can
be incorporated into the curricula during all four years of
training.
The subcommittee meets monthly or as needed.
