CORE Faculty Development Self-Assessment Instrument

What is the CORE Faculty Development Self-Assessment Instrument?
It is the first step in figuring out what faculty development needs you might have.

Why is it important to complete?
The results of your self-assessment will inform CORE Faculty Development which domains you need addressed.

Who should complete it?
This is especially helpful to new teaching physicians but a refresher for the “seasoned” teaching physicians.
