Click on CBT Tutorial & Practice Items link, and then click on the COMLEX level you want to see. Next, wade through several tutorial pages until you come to the page that offers the sample exam questions.  As you go through the questions, observe the question structure and how a clinical scenario is established in the stem even for Level 1 questions that assess basic science knowledge.
