OhiONE
in Athens, Ohio, provides videoconference services via both
ISDN and IP with a full range of audio-visual support tools
to most domestic and international locations.
Videoconference services are
subject to availability for colleges, healthcare providers,
non-profit and for-profit organizations and are subject to
the following terms and conditions:

All services
are on a first come, first served basis.

A flat fee is
applied for facilities and personnel.
·
Point-to-point
and multi-point bridging are available.
·
Invoices will
be issued after all out-of-pocket costs are received.
·
Any third-party
service fees are applied before invoicing.
Videoconference

Charge
includes the videoconference room, basic equipment and an
operator.
Bridging Service
$200.00
per hour
All
charges are based on a half-hour minimum; with quarter hour
increments thereafter.
ISDN Charges

*Subject
to prevailing reasonable and customary domestic or
international rates.
All fees
and charges will be invoiced following receipt of charges
from OhiONE’s
long-distance provider.
Last-minute Changes Fee
$75.00
plus additional quarter hour fees
Starting
an event earlier or finishing later is subject to the
availability of staff and equipment.
Cancellation Charges
Within
24 hours 100% of hourly fee
Within
36 hours 75% of hourly fee
Within
48 hours 50% of hourly fee
Local Satellite Downlink Fee
$50.00
first hour
$25.00
each subsequent hour
This is
an interconnection fee for the reception and transmission of
a US domestic satellite signal downlinked or passed through
the facilities of the OU Telecommunications Center.
Satellite Registration Fees
No
charge from OhiONE
Any
satellite registration or access fee must be negotiated with
the producers of the event. Typically, producers will not
supply coordinates until a site registration or a
requisition for service has been made.
Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are payable upon
receipt. Checks should be made payable to OhiONE.
