From the beginning,
OhiONE and COREnet have been two of the most exciting and
innovative components of our medical education consortium, the
Centers for Osteopathic Research and Education (CORE). Utilizing
these technology-based systems, the College and its training
hospitals provide high quality educational programs, conduct
meetings, and support research across the entire CORE
consortium. These technologies allow our member hospitals to
integrate postgraduate training programs and share presentations
by nationally known lecturers.

In recent years, OhiONE and
COREnet have been so successful that they have grown into one of
the largest interactive systems in the United States. This has
not gone unnoticed by other educational and governmental
agencies, many of whom are signing on to use OhiONE resources.
This is, indeed, an exciting time to be a part of the CORE, and
this brochure will help you use the technology to its fullest
potential. Through technical skill and with imagination, the
future of this system is unlimited.
