1.                  Research equipment purchased with COM funds is property of the College.

            Procedure

a.       When funds are requested for equipment, it is determined if the College already has suitable and available equipment that could be used during the course of the research.

b.      At the completion of the research, it is determined how the equipment might best be utilized by the College.
