are vital to the financial, contractual or other agreements shall be
made as described below.
When the communications are
applicable to an entire HCOM class or subsets thereof, they shall be
made by announcements during the regularly scheduled class, or by
posting in appropriate places previously designated for such notices,
and by email to the student’s University account. Students shall
be responsible for any such announcements sent via email or other
methods. Students shall be expected to check their assigned
College mailbox and University email on a daily basis.
Communications to
individual students shall be made in writing. Such communication
shall be placed in the student’s mailbox, mailed to the student’s
current home address, or sent via University email whichever is
appropriate to the nature of the communication. It shall be the
responsibility of the student to provide OU-HCOM Student Affairs with
his/her correct, current home address, and to forward e-mails received
through the University account to the preferred account.
