The book sale dates are yet to be determined but expect dates in
late July, August, September, October, and November. Watch this
space for the dates.
The book drop will be Friday, June 1,
from noon to 3pm in Irvine Hall 199 during the exit counseling for
fourth-year students. Students who cannot attend the book drop may
send an email to
ec504611@ohio.edu.

Instructions:

Fill out your name,
address (WHERE the check is to be sent) and e-mail.
Please note: checks will be mailed in
fall, so make sure to write your NEW address
on this invoice and keep us informed of address changes via the
e-mail listed below.

Complete the
following form with title, edition, author & asking price for
each book you want to sell. (Also, please write your last
name on the inside of the book cover or make sure to group your
books together somehow before bringing them to the drop-off
date.)

Accept the
Disclaimer Conditions at the bottom of the form.

Print out the
"Confirmation Page" you get after you hit the "Submit" button
below.

Bring your books AND
the "Confirmation Page" to the "Drop-Off Day" in Irvine
Hall:

If you cannot make one of the times listed above, please contact
the FPSA officers at
ec504611@ohio.edu and we will make arrangements for you
to ship your books to one of the officers.
