The countdown is on!

ALL DAY, Friday, June 3: Parking Lots 127 and 128 near the Convocation Center have been designated as parking for OU-HCOM Commencement.

This DOES NOT include restricted spaces within the lot or parking outside of these designated lots. If you choose to park in a metered space, you must feed the meter accordingly.

All OU-HCOM students graduating June 4 must complete the News Release Form no later than June 1. This is used by OU-HCOM's Office of Communication to send press releases to media outlets in students' hometowns, undergraduate alma maters and cities of residencies. Print and complete the form and return to the Office of Communication in person or via fax (740) 593-0343. If you do not wish to have a graduation news release sent to your hometown or other media, please check the appropriate box and sign your name in "Section 1".

Handicapped parking and a drop-off zone are available on University Terrace near the auditorium. Watch for signs or ask Ohio University police officers for assistance. Please refer to the campus map for directions and locations for shuttles and parking.

The following lots have been designated for commencement parking:

Lots 127 & 128 (Convocation Center),
Lot 129 (Convocation Center)
Lot 132 (Peden Stadium)
Lots 110, 111, & 112 (Baseball Fields) & Lots 114 & 115 (Grosvenor Gulch)

All vehicles must be parked within a valid non-metered, non-restricted space within one of the lots designated above.

Shuttle Bus Detail

We recommend that our Commencement guests park at the Convocation Center parking lot.

We offer shuttle service from Grosvenor Hall (next to the Convocation Center parking lot) to the auditorium from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Following the ceremony, shuttle service from the auditorium to the reception at the Baker University Center (located on Park Place) and to Grosvenor Hall will be available until 2:30 p.m.
