OU-HCOM was established to accept only full-time students in the D.O. program. Each student enrolled must pay a minimum of 14 quarters full-time tuition to meet the Board of Trustee requirements. Non-D.O. students in OU-HCOM follow the University fee structure.

When a special course is offered to allow students to repeat a course in which they have earned a failing grade, students registered will pay tuition based on a proportional assessment since the college incurs additional expense. The assessment will be based on a dollar-per-hour fee calculated for the full 14-quarter program.
