Grade Reports

During the course of a quarter, faculty are encouraged to make every attempt to inform students of their test scores within three (3) days after an exam.

Final grades must be submitted by all faculty members to the Office of Student Affairs within 48 hours after their respective final examinations.

It has come to our attention from the Registrar's Office that paper copies of grades and academic schedules will no longer be mailed to students.

Grade reports are automatically sent to the student's Oak e-mail account as soon as grades are available. More information on using your student Oak e-mail account can be found here.

Schedules are automatically sent to the student's Oak e-mail account approximately two weeks prior to the start of the quarter, the weekend of the first week of the quarter, and on the 15th calendar day of the quarter.

Note: because of the different calendar schedules used at OU-HCOM, the timing of the e-mail grades will be different than the university's.

In addition to getting your grades through your student Oak e-mail accounts, grade reports and schedules are also available online through the Registrar's Office web page.

The student Oak e-mail ID and password are required to access these services. The grade report or schedule may be viewed and printed online through the Web browser or sent to the student's Oak e-mail account.

Students may also access grades or schedules by calling the Touch-tone Registration and Information Processing System (TRIPS). The student PID number and registration access code (RAC) are required to access this service.

Although waiting for final grades can be very stressful for students, please DO NOT contact the Office of Student Affairs for information about final grades. The Student Affairs staff may not release grades to individual students either in person or over the phone.
